Danielle Seals is the type of manager that picks up the phone and solves problems for her agents. She dives head first into problems and issues (a common occurrence in real estate) and supports her agents. She works extremely hard, comes up with new ideas and information, and wow, can she plan an event. She gives her time to agents willingly and balances all the work demands with such ease. She is such an asset to Berkshire Hathaway and the agents she leads. I consider myself lucky to be under the guidance of such a helpful and effective leader.
